摘要
在简要回顾国内外有关生态监测计划的基础上，针对我国国有天然林资源监测与保护现状，提出了关于在国家国有天然林资源保护工程中开展森林健康质量与生态监测的基本想法和建议，供工程建设决策参考。
Abstract Based on the review on the current international situation of ecological monitoring programms, according to the practical status of natural forest protection and monitoring in China, a preliminary thought and suggestion on establishing a health and ecological monitoring network on the stateowned natural forest is put forward,which is avery important base for related decisionmaking.
