摘要
用模糊数学方法评标定标科学合理,弥补了以低价决策和凭主观评标定标的不足,有利于评标定标工作的规范化。根据模糊评标定标的原理和方法,首先确定m个评标因素和n个评标方案,再依次确定特征值矩阵、隶属度矩阵、权重向量和优属度最大值所对应的最优方案,并举例说明其应用。
Fuzzy mathematics is a reasonable and scientific method for bid evaluation and bidding selection, which can remedy the weaknesses of decision making subjectively. In addition, it is favorable to the standardizaion of bid evaluation and bidding selection. According to the theory of bid evaluation and hidding selection by fuzzy mathematics, at first, set up in factors of bid evaluation and n alternatives for bidding selection, then determine the characteristic matrix, membership matrix,weighting vector and max. value of optidrization successively, and the optimum alternative correspondingly. At last, an example of application is presented.
