不可忽视的细菌性阴道病

摘要 细菌性阴道病(BV)是由于阴道内微生态平衡失调,兼性厌氧性优势菌——乳酸杆菌的大量减少或消失,阴道加德纳菌、弯曲杆菌属、类杆菌属、普氏杆菌属等条件致病菌大量增生所引起的一种无阴道粘膜炎症性表现的综合症。其主要表现为异味白带增多,外阴有不适感,近50%患者没有症状。
