摘要
本文采用元分析法对1980~2009年美国校长领导力与学生成就关系的实证研究进行统计分析,统计结果显示两者的平均效应量为0.22,而影响两者关系的调节变量并没有呈显著的差异。基于此,由校长教学领导力的有效发挥来助力学生学业成就的提升,应是未来不变的发展趋势。
By using the method of meta-analysis,this paper tries to analyze the relationship between principals' leadership and school effectiveness in the United States from 1980 to 2009.The result shows that the average effectiveness is 0.22,and there is no obvious difference in adjusting variable that influences their relationship.It is the trend to give full play to principals leadership so as to promote the continuous improvement of school's effectiveness.
