摘要
通过对72名医务人员医患沟通能力的调查与分析,发现当前医务人员比较看重医学专业知识和能力,而忽略了人文社科知识的提高。所以转变传统的医学教育观念,在医学教育中加强人文素质教育,是提高医务人员医患沟通能力的一个重要环节。
Through investigation and analysis about the ability of doctor-patient communication in72 graduate medical personnel,it is found that current medical personnel think a lot of medical specialty knowledge and skill,while ignore improvement of humanistic quality,so the traditional medical education concept must be transformed.Strengthening the humanistic quality education is the solution to improve doctor-patient communication ability of medical personnel.
