摘要
全通径射孔工艺技术是在射孔后整个射孔管柱形成与油管直径相当的通径,不需提出管柱或丢枪就可完成生产测井、增产措施等后续作业。介绍了全通径射孔工艺技术的7项应用技术:与一次性完井管柱联作;与酸化(加砂)压裂联作;与复合射孔技术联作;用于欠平衡条件井射孔;用于大斜度老井补孔作业;作为负压阀实现负压射孔;代替隔板传爆装置实现环保射孔作业。分析了四川油田、塔里木油田等4口井的实际应用情况。现场应用表明,该技术能降低储层伤害,保护油气产层,缩短试油周期,提高完井效率,为油气田的勘探开发提供了有效的射孔完井方法。
Full-bore perforating technology allows carrying out production logging, production increment measures and other follow-up operations without pulling out string or dropping perforating gun, because the entire operating string forming path is equivalent to tubing inner diameter after perforation. Introduced are seven applications of this technology, combination operation with one-time completion string, combination operation with acidification (sand-up) fracturing, combination operation with composite perforating technology, in under-balanced well perforation, in high-deviated old well re-perforation, being valve for negative pressure perforating and replacing clapboard explosive devices to realize environmental protection perforating. Analyzed are the practical applications in 4 wells from Sichan oilfield and Tarim oilfield. Field applications show that the technology can reduce formation damages, protect oil and gas production levels, shorten testing time, improve the well-completion efficiency and provide an effective perforating method for oil and gas field exploration and development.
