摘要
在浆膜制备和浆膜弹性、粘附力测试的研究基础上,对酸变性淀粉、PVA1799和含酯丙烯酸浆料、不含酯丙烯酸浆料的混合浆料浆膜性能进行了研究。结果表明,在淀粉中混入PVA,粘附性能和浆膜性能得到显著改善;淀粉不宜单独与丙烯酸浆料混用,否则浆膜性能恶化;在淀粉、PVA混合浆中加入丙烯酸浆料特别是含酯丙烯酸浆料,虽然PVA的绝对含量降低了,但粘附性能提高,浆膜性能还有所改善。
On the base of the method on size film preparation,testing method on elasticity of size film and adhesion of size,the size mixture film performance of acidolysis starch,PVA 1799,fatty acrylic acid size and acrylic acid size is researched,the results shows that it can improve size film performance and adhesivity extremely by mixing PVA into starch,it can make size film performance worse by mixing acrylic size into starch,it can improve size film performance and adhesivity by mixing fatty acrylic size into size mixture of starch and PVA,although the proportion of PVA is decreasing.
