摘要
本文测定了一些常用表面活性剂对淀粉浆液的粘度、颗粒糊化程度、淀粉膜形态以及淀粉—PVA膜断裂强度、伸度和耐磨的影响并讨论了活性剂的作用机理。
The paper determinates the effects and mechanisms of surfactant to viscosity, granular past-ing and form of stareh size film, as well as to breaking strengh, extension and abrasion fastness ofPVA size film. Also the principle of surfactant function is discussed later in the paper.
