摘要
随着我国社会体制改革的进行,传统的单位制日益解体,社区成为承接社会职能的重要载体和新型公共空间,社区建设应运而生。为了提高社区服务水平,促进社会管理体制的创新以及政府职能的转变,需要在社区服务领域引进社会工作专业人才,使他们运用专业的服务理念和方法为社区居民提供服务。深圳市在社区服务中引进社会工作专业人才方面走在了中国的前列。深圳市南山区在这方面又走在了深圳市的前列,率先提出"一社区一社工"的服务模式,这种社区专业社会工作服务模式具有一定的优势,但同时也存在一些问题,需要采取相应的措施加以解决。
With our country society institutional reform being in progress,the tradition unit system disintegrates gradually,the community becomes the important carrier and new public space carrying on the society functions,community construction comes into being.In order to improve the level of community service,promote innovation of social management system and transformation of government functions,community services need to introduce social work professionals,let them use professional service concepts and methods to provide services for community residents.Shenzhen walked in the forefront of China by introducing social work professionals in the community services.But the Nanshan district walked in the forefront of Shenzhen,firstly proposed the ＂one social worker for one community＂ service mode,this professional community service model has certain advantage,but there are also some problems,need to take appropriate measures to solve.
