基于网络化制造的实时通信系统研究

摘要 从DNC系统的体系结构模型入手,分析基于以太网的DNC系统的功能和组成,设计以单片机ATxmega128A1为处理器的通信控制器,详细阐述以太网协议和TCP/IP协议的实现过程;介绍将μC/OS-Ⅱ移植到处理器上的过程;基于网络化制造的实时性要求,研究数据传输的方法。从软件和硬件层面建立了系统的连接,实现了基于网络化制造的实时通信功能。 The embedded DNC system's function and the composition based on Ethernet were analyzed from the DNC system's architecture model.The communication controller was designed by using MCU ATxmega128A1 as processor.The realizations of Ethernet protocol and TCP/IP protocol were expatiated.The course about transplanting μC/OS-II to the processor was introduced.According to the real-time requirements based on network manufacturing,the method of data transmission was studied.The system's connection was established from the software and the hardware,and the real-time communication function based on network manufacturing was achieved.
