摘要
分析了网络化制造的信息集成、过程集成、组织集成和知识集成等特性 ,提出了一种网络化制造的新模式———网络化集成制造 (NetworkedIntegratedManufacturing,NIM)。建立了网络化集成制造系统的体系结构 ,并阐述了其系统组成 ,它包括计算机网络 (Internet/Intranet/Extranet)分系统、分布式数据库分系统、电子商务分系统、供应链管理分系统、网络化协同设计分系统、网络化制造执行分系统和知识管理分系统。论述了网络化集成制造的两个应用案例———区域性网络化制造系统和网络化陶瓷产品集成销售与设计系统。
The integrated characteristics of network manufacturing, such as information integration, procress integration, organization integration and knowledge integration, are analyzed in this paper. And a new mode of networked manufacturing, networked integrated manufacturing (NIM), is proposed. A kind of architecture of networked integrated manufacturing system is built, which includes the subsystems of computer network (Internet/Intranet/Extranet), electronic commerce, supply chain management, networked co-design, networked manufacturing execution and knowledge management. Finally, as the cases, the regional networked manufacturing system and the networked integrated marketing and design system of ceramic products are described.
