摘要
针对实际生产中出现的操作氧压过高,喷溅过大等问题,对南钢原150 t转炉氧枪喷头进行重新设计,利用流体力学FLUENT软件对原喷头和重新设计后的喷头的射流进行了建模和数值模拟。结果表明:重新设计后的喷头在延长使用寿命,改善喷溅,缩短冶炼时间等各种指标上优势明显。
In order to solve the problem such as high oxygen pressure and serious splashing, the structure of 150t BOF lance nozzle was redesigned. The oxygen jet before and after redesigned was simula- ted by software fluent. The result shows that the redesigned nozzle shows obvious advantage in working life, splashing improvement and smelting time reduction.
