摘要
由于转炉供氧强度大,操作不稳定,出现冶炼前期喷溅,炉渣带铁量大的现象,通过对转炉炉型、入炉原料结构的有效控制,对氧枪参数进行优化,对操作进行分析总结,喷溅问题基本得到解决。
For converter, because of high oxygen supply intensity and unstable operation, there happen the phenomena of pre-smehing splashing and large amount of slag entrained iron. Through the effective control of converter profile and charge material design, optimization of oxygen nozzle's parameters and analysis and summarization of converter operation, the problem of splashing has been basically resolved.
