重组甘精胰岛素与优泌林治疗2型糖尿病临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察并比较重组甘精胰岛素同混和重组人胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法根据WHO的2型糖尿病诊断标准,选取符合标准的且病情相仿的2型糖尿病患者50例,随机分为A、B2组,分别给予重组甘精胰岛素和优泌林治疗,通过生化指标来判断治疗效果。结果在治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白变化中A组的效果明显优于B组(P<0.05),而在甘油三酯和血胆固醇的变化中,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论重组甘精胰岛素在治疗2型糖尿病的综合效果水平上要优于优泌林。
