摘要
经纱多次浸轧染色是牛仔布靛蓝染色的常用生产工艺。其染色过程较长，影响因素较复杂，得到的产品色光往往会有明显的差别。本文通过实验，仔细考察了染色浓度、ｐＨ值、保险粉用量等对颜色的影响，分析了影响色光变化的原因。
In this paper some important factors affecting the resuluant colour of the warp yarn indigo dyeing were investigated,such as the concentration of dye,the number of dippings,pH value of vat and the concentration of hydrosul- phite.etc.
