摘要
靛蓝纱线连续轧染工艺中最重要的工艺参数是补给液浓度和补给液流量。本文提出了确定这两个参数的方法,实践证明是可行的、正确的。本文还提供了快速测定染槽组分浓度的方法及达到稳态所需时间的估算实例,有助于对整个轧染过程进行正确的控制。
Of the main problems associated with continuously dyeing warp yarn with indigo,the first oneis correctly determining the concentration and the flow of the replenished dyebath.This paper hasproved the principle and the method to determining these parameters.In order to control the wholedyeing process perfectly,the fast analytical method of dyebath contents is given with the examp-les of cstimating the time at reaching stationary dyeing.
