摘要
高校辅导员主体论作为思想政治教育二级学科下的一个研究方向,是以马克思主义人学理论为基础,从辅导员主体视角出发,以彰显辅导员主体性为根本特征的研究范式。这种范式以辅导员理论及实践问题为研究对象,以辅导员主体性的静态构成和动态发展为研究内容,以辅导员成长发展为研究目标,坚持中国立场、强调问题意识,以本体性原则、价值性原则和实践性原则为方法论指导,以历史研究、比较研究、调查研究、理论演绎、"叙事研究"为研究方法,以辅导员内在需要和社会外在要求为研究动力,以学术话语、生活话语和政治话语或文件话语为话语方式,对丰富思想政治教育学科体系、完善和明确高校辅导员研究体系及方向、促进辅导员职业活动和专业化发展有重要意义。
The theory of college students' counselors' subjectivities is a research direction belonging to the second discipline of ideological and political education and also a research paradigm which is based on the humane studies'of Marxism and shows counselors subjectivities from counselors'viewpoint.This paradigm takes counselors'theoretical and political issues as research objects;the static formation and dynamic development as research contents;counselors growth and development as research targets;‘noumenon’,‘value’and practicality principles as methodology;historical,comparative,survey,theoretical derivation and narrative research as research methods;counselors inner demand and the need of society as research motive;academic,daily life,political and documentary discourse as discourse modes.This theory sticks to China position,emphasizes problem awareness,and is of great significance for enriching the subject system of ideological and political education,perfecting the research system and direction of counselors and promoting their professional activities and development.
