摘要
通过分析上海市电力现状、电源结构,对比国外部分国家和城市电源结构,从资源条件、系统优化、综合利用和环境保护角度,提出少建煤电机组,增加E型燃机份额以及尽快制定两部制气价的建议,以建立与上海经济增长和城市发展相适应的、具有上海特点的、多元化的、安全灵活的能源结构体系。
By analyzing the electric power status and power structure in shanghai and the situation in some countries and cities abroad,from the views of resource conditions,system optimization,comprehensive utilization and environmental protection,we put forward the optimization of the power structure in shanghai to establish the pluralistic,safe and flexible energy structure system which is fit with the economic growth and city development in shanghai.
