摘要
以Keggin结构钛取代杂多硅钨酸盐α.-K6[Si W11Ti O40].xH2O为掺杂剂制备了α-Si W11Ti/PANI电子聚合物材料。用红外光谱、紫外光谱、X-射线粉末衍射、SEM、热重分析等对此材料进行了表征。研究了合成的催化剂对有机染料刚果红降解的催化活性。讨论了催化剂投加量、刚果红溶液的初始浓度、酸度等对催化脱色效果的影响。结果表明,当溶液酸度为pH=1,催化剂最佳用量为12 mg/L,浓度为9 mg/L的刚果红溶液在30 W的紫外灯下照射120 min降解率可达91.18%。
α-SiW11Ti/PANI electron polymer materials were prepared by using Keggin structure heteropolysilicotungstate isomers α-K6[SiW11TiO40]·xH2O as dopant.The materials were characterized by,IR,UV-Vis,SEM and XRD spectra techniques,and the degradation of organic dye congo red response under irradiation of UV light catalyzed by the prepared catalyst was studied.The effects of the catalyst quantity,the initial concentration of the congo red and the solution pH on decolorizing efficiency of the solution were discussed in detail.The results showed the pH value of the solution was 1.9 mg/L congo red was treated with 12mg/L α-SiW11Ti/PANI after decomposed under 30 W ultraviolet light for 120min,the decoloration rate of congo red achieved 91.18%.
