摘要
制备了以磷钨酸为催化活性中心,镧改性后的拟薄水铝石为载体的负载杂多酸催化剂,并考察其在过氧化氢氧化环乙烯合成己二酸的反应中的催化性能。重点考察了载体和催化助剂的种类、载体焙烧温度、改性载体焙烧温度、杂多酸负载量、杂多酸焙烧温度、催化剂活化温度等对催化剂活性的影响,同时对催化剂的重复使用性能以及固载强度进行了评价。
The catalysts using phosphatotungstic acid (PTA) as active-center and lanthanum modified pseudodamourite as the carrier were prepared. The catalyst behavior in the reaction of the synthesis of hexane diacid by the oxidation of cyclohexene using hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant was evaluated. Especially, the impact of the categories of the carrier, the roast temperature of the carrier, the roast temperature of the pseudo-carrier, the loading quantity of the heteropolyacid, the roast temperature of the heteropolyacid and active temperature of the catalyst were evaluated.
