摘要
目的探讨在乳腺肿块疾病中使用B超检查的方法对于诊断所具有的价值。方法总结96例使用手检及B超检查的乳腺肿块患者病例,将检查结果与手术、病理证实的结果进行对比分析。结果 B超检查的总准确率为94.8%,误诊率为5.2%,良性准确率为95.7%,恶性准确率为94%。结论 B超在乳腺肿块的诊断方面具有很高的准确率。对于肿块的性质判定也具有相当重要的作用,结合临床病理特征的表现,B超在判断肿块性质上可以达到令人满意的准确率。同时对于直径<2cm或位置较深肿块的检查具有极其重要的价值。
Objective Discuss the diagnosis of B ultra in the disease of breast lumps. Methods Summarize 96 cases of the use of hand and B ultra sound examination of breast lumps, analyze comparative the test results with surgical and the pathology results. Results The accuracy of B ultra inspection is 94.8%, the misdiagnosis rate is 5.2%, the accuracy of benign is 95.7%, the rate of malignant is 94%. Conclusions The diagnosis of B ultra in the breast lumps have very high accuracy. The judgment on the nature of bump also has an important role. It can get a satisfying accuracy by expressing with clinical and pathological features of B ultra in determining the nature of bump. At the same time it has an extremely important value in the checking of bump whose diameter2cm or the deeper position.
