摘要
目的 :提高超声对乳腺良恶性肿块的诊断分析 ,并分析诊断错误的原因。方法 :充分暴露双侧乳房 ,对 1 0 0例临床怀疑乳腺肿块的全部用 7.5或 1 0MHZ高频探头对双侧乳腺及患侧腋下探查。经手术和药物及穿刺治疗。结果 :1 0 0例乳腺肿块中有 4 9例乳腺增生病、30例乳腺纤维瘤、1 3例乳腺癌、乳腺脓肿 5例、乳腺囊肿 3例。结论 :超声对良恶性肿块的诊断正确率较高 ,对触及到的表浅肿块或触及不到的深部肿块都能清晰显示 。
Objective:To analyze the misdiagnosis reason and improve the diagnosis rate of begnign and malignant breast tumor by B ultrasonic.Method: 100 cases breast tumor were detect 7.5～10 MHz, the two sides breast were exposed and then were treated with drug and operation and puncture. Result: During all 100 cases ,30 cases with adenofibroma of breast, 13 cases breast tumor, 5 cases abscess, 3 cases cyst. Conclusion: B-ultrasonic is the best method to begnign and malignant breast tumor.
