摘要
目的通过检测部分肿瘤患者HLA-Ⅱ类基因座位的13个等位基因位点,探讨人体部分实体肿瘤与HLA-DR基因多态性的关联性。方法采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)技术,检测17例部分肿瘤患者的HLA-DR基因位点13个,并以144例健康人作为对照。结果试验组HLA-DR9基因频率(26.5%)明显高于对照组(11.5%),相对危险度(RR)=2.78,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05(P=0.027);试验组其他HLA-Ⅱ类基因频率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HLA-DR9可能为人体部分实体肿瘤的易感基因。
Objective The relevance between some solid tumors in human body and HLA-DR gene polymorphism was studied via analyzing 13 alleles of HLA-II gene locus of some tumor patients. Methods 13 alleles of HLA-II .gene locus of 17 tumor patients were analyzed and compared with those of 144 healthy people using PCR-SSP (polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers) technology. Results The HLA-DR9 gene frequency (26.5%) of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (11.5%) with RR=2.78 and P〈0.05 (P=0. 027) of statistical significant difference; and the other HLA-II class gene frequency of the experiment group had no statistically significant difference with that of the control group. Conclusion HLA-DR9 may be the susceptibility gene for some soiid tumors in human body.
