摘要
秩序是法律的基本价值之一,法律秩序的构建是法治社会的最终目标,体育法治建设同样要以体育法律秩序的构建为最终目标。以法律秩序基本理论为研究基础,辨析了法律秩序及体育法律秩序的概念,并分析了体育法律秩序的特征、具体社会价值的体现以及我国体育法律秩序存在的问题,最后就我国体育法律秩序建设提出建议。
Order is one of the fundamental values of law,construction of the legal order is the ultimate aim of society ruled by law,in the same way,construction of sports legal order is the ultimate aim of sports rule of law.On the basic theory of legal order,this paper differentiated between the concept of legal order and the concept of sports legal order,analyzed the feature of sports legal order,specific social values,and the existing problems of sports legal order of our country.Finally,it proposed for construction of sports legal order of our country.
