摘要
目的研究创伤患者是否适合将CT扫描作为首选检查。方法收集6个月以内因创伤就诊于我院的患者,根据创伤严重度评分(injury severity score,ISS)对患者分级,然后进行CT扫描,再根据病情和诊断采取进一步治疗。结果从到达急诊到开始CT扫描的平均时间是82.4min,到完成第一次CT扫描的平均时间是105.7min,完成所有放射学检查的平均时间是114.6min.ISS评分<15分的患者更早地接受CT扫描,扫描所花费的时间也更短。结论在114.6min内大多数患者能够完成放射学检查,对于创伤严重的患者,应该更早地进行CT扫描,以便明确诊断。
Objective To study if CT scan can be made as the first inspection for trauma patients.Methods Data of patients with trauma patients during 6 months were analyzd.They were classified by injury severity score and received CT scan,proper treatment.Results Median start time for the first CT scan was 82.4 min.The first CT session was completed in a median of 105.7min after arrival.Complete radiological workup was finished in 114.6 min（median）.Patients with ISS 15 had a significant shorter time until CT imaging and time until completion of CT imaging.Conclusion The majority patients could complete the radioactivity in 114.6 min of the inspection,regarding the wound serious patient,the CT scanning should early carry on,with the aim of being clear about the diagnosis..
