摘要
提出了一种制备连续碳纤维编织预制体增强碳化硅复合材料的快速成型技术“均热法化学气相渗透法(ICVI)+浸渍裂解法”混合基体致密化工艺技术。研究表明,ICVI沉积温度、反应气体浓度及配比、浸渍剂配方对复合材料的微结构、性能以及制备周期影响很大,采用优化工艺条件,可快速制备出高性能的C/SiC复合材料,其弯曲强度和剪切强度分别达到643MPa和63.7MPa,断裂韧性达17.9MPa·m1/2。
A new mixed quick processing of isothermal chemical vapor infiltration(ICVI) and polymer precursor pyrolysis (PPP), has been introduced to fabricate continuous carbon fibers braided preforms reinforced silicon carbide composites.Test results indicated that processing conditions of depositing temperature,H 2/MTS mole rate, and impregnant formula ,have a significant influence on microstructure and properties and operating cycle of the composites . The composites fabricated by the optimized processing have a short produce cycle and improved properties of density of more than 2.0 g/cm 3,flexural strength of 643 MPa,sheer strength of 63.7 MPa and fracture toughness of 17.9 MPa·m 1/2 .
