以问题为中心的基础医学教学模式“本土化”的探讨 被引量:24

摘要 目的:探讨以问题为中心的(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)基础医学教学模式本土化的可行性、意义及适合校情的基础医学教学模式。方法:选择30名学生作为教学对象,将传统教学与PBL教学相结合,观察教学效果。结果:PBL教学模式受到广泛欢迎,多数学生认为此教学模式能够激发学习兴趣,提高分析和解决问题的能力,但基于我校校情,PBL教学模式应与传统教学模式相结合。结论:PBL教学模式与传统教学模式相结合的方法更适合当今我国大多医学院校基础医学教学现状。 Objective:To explore the feasibility and significance of PBL "localization" model applied in preclinical medical teaching.Method:30 students were randomly chosen as enrollee;the traditional teaching model was combined with PBL and the effect was observed.Results:PBL model is widely welcomed by students; most students think that PBL can stimulate their learning interests and heighten their ability to analyze and solve problems.However,based on the school conditions,this teaching model should be combined with the traditional teaching model.Conclusion:At present,a combination of traditional and PBL teaching mode is more suitable for preclinical medical education in China.
