在培养高素质人才教育需求下,应最大限度的挖掘教员教学的积极性,激发学员创新学习的潜能。通过课程标准解析、突出知识点、预设自测题目、透彻分析案例、基于问题式学习等多个环节因材施教、唤醒学生的主体感悟、自主学习式学案拓展学生的思维,建构创新教育理念下集体备课活动。
Based on the demand for education in cultivating high-quality talent, we should dig the activeness of faculty maxirnatily in teaching, stimulate innovative learning potency of students. Through many component elements of teaching, such as decomposing of curriculum standards, protruding knowledge points, pre-laying self-test questions, thorough analysis of cases and problem-based learning etc., we teach students in accordance with their aptitude, awaken students to the main body of sentiment and expand the students' thinking by autonomic learning case studies, and construct activities of preparing lessons collectively under the concept of innovative education thereby.
