摘要
中等职业学校学生交流能力的培养是中职教育工作者必须悉心研究和精心探索的一个重要课题。培养这种能力的基本途径是:开设专门课程集中学习,在其他教学中渗透学习以及在实习实训中强化学习。培养方法,有知识讲授法、案例分析法、行为导向法、分解训练法、模拟训练法、实践训练法和心理调控法等等。
It is very important for an educator to research and explore how to help students get communication skills.The basic methods of training students these abilities include：setting up a special course for students,training the skills in many other courses and enhance their abilities in practicing communication skills. Many different ways of training could be applied,such as：knowledge lecturing,case studies,behavour modification,step-by-step objectives training,coaching exercise and phsychological adjusting,etc.
