摘要
目的 探讨婴幼儿维生素D 缺乏性佝偻病的早期诊断。 方法 应用微量末稍血测定血清25( OH)D3 和相关指标,对248 名0 ~3 岁儿童进行调查。 结果 25(OH) D3、ALP、ALP3 无性别差异,在每半年一个年龄组分组中,以0 ~6 月龄组婴幼儿的25(OH) D3 最低,而ALP、ALP3 明显升高。 结论 各项指标与佝偻病组比较分析,以25( OH)D3 对佝偻病的诊断最准确,确诊的时间最早。
Objective To research the diagnosis of Vitamin D deficiency rickets of infant in early stage. Methods Serum 25 (OH)D 3 with trace peripheral blood and relevant indices were determed in 248 children aged 0~3years . Results There was no significant difference in the levels of 25 (OH)D 3,ALP and ALP 3 between male dnd female.The 25 (OH)D 3 level of group aged 0~6 ms were the lowest.In other hand,ALP and ALP 3 levels were obviously higher than other groups among 248 children from 0 to 3 years. Conculsion The level of 25 (OH)D 3 was the most accuate and earliest diagnostic index compared with relevant indices.
