摘要
血清２５－ＯＨＤ是维生素Ｄ在体内的主要代谢物，通过测定，５例佝偻病儿童２５－ＯＨＤ的水平为２８．０±６．０ＮＭＯＬ／Ｌ，２１５例正常儿童为４６．５±１３．２ＮＭＯＬ／Ｌ。两组有明显差异。发现佝偻病初期２５－ＯＨＤ水平降低比其它指标更敏感。本文提出测定值可作为中南地区冬春季节儿童２５－ＯＨＤ水平的参考值。
serum 25-OHD is the essential metabolite in the body.Our thesis concludes the information of the check-up of in 220 children who are six months to thrty-two months.We examined the serum 25-OHD,Calcium(Ca),Phosphorus(P) and Alkaline phosphatase(AKP)in the body.Among them there are 5 rickets children lack of nutrition.The average value of the serum 25-OHD is 28.0±6.0mmol/L and the normal value of the 215 children is 46.5±13.2 nmol/L.There are quite different between the two.But the value of the serum Ca、P、AKP、between the two is not different.So we suggest that the serum 25-OHD is significant for the diagnosis of rickets and is effective for using Vitamin D to treat rickets.
