摘要
利用扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线技术研究了含铌铁素体不锈钢的微观组织、织构及晶界特征分布。结果表明,铌和钛的加入导致TiN和NbC的析出;冷轧试样的织构以α纤维为主,退火板的织构以γ纤维为主,这种织构的变化与晶界类型有密切关系。
The microstructure,texture and grain boundary character distribution of Nb stabilized ferritic stainless steel were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The results show that the addition of alloying elements such as Ti and Nb to ferritic stainless steel cause the formation of TiN and NbC.The texture of cold rolled samples is mainly α-fiber,while the texture of annealed samples is γ-fiber.The changes in texture are closely related to the grain boundary type.
