摘要
[目的]提高薯渣制乙醇的产率,并降低该过程的能耗。[方法]以干薯渣为原料,粉碎后加水,经纤维素酶转化,并采用混合菌发酵生产乙醇的新工艺。[结果]乙醇产率达到22.6%以上。与传统工艺相比,产率提高10%以上,能耗降低30%。[结论]新工艺有工业推广价值。
[Objective] The research aimed to increase ethanol yield and reduce the energy consumption.[Method] Potato residue was crushed and water was added.Cellulase was used.Ethanol was produced using mixed new technology.[Result] Ehanol yield reached above 22.6%.Compared with the traditional process,the yield was increased by 10%,and energy consumption was reduced by 30%.[Conclusion] The new technology has the value of industrial promotion.
