摘要
[目的]研究水分胁迫下辣椒(Capsicum annuum)相关生理指标的变化情况。[方法]利用夏季自然高温条件,对试验材料进行自然干旱处理,通过盆栽试验测定了不同水分胁迫条件下湘研20号辣椒叶片相对含水量、株高、叶绿素含量以及脯氨酸含量相关生理指标的变化。[结果]随水分胁迫时间的延长,供试辣椒小苗株高增长越缓慢,叶片相对含水量呈显著下降趋势,叶绿素含量呈明显下降趋势,而脯氨酸含量呈增加趋势。[结论]该研究可为辣椒水分管理奠定理论基础。
[Objective]The research aimed to study related physiological indexes of hot pepper(Capsicum annuum)under different water stress.[Method] The change of several related physiological indexes of hot pepper in pots such as plant height,leaf relative water content,leaf chlorophyll content and leaf proline content under different water stress were studied in this experiment.[Result] During the whole period of water stress,the average height of the seedlings subjected to water stress was lower than that of the control;the relative water content always decreased significantly;the leaf chlorophyll content decreased obviously significantly;the proline content was on the increase as influenced by water stress.[Conclusion] The results laid a theoretical foundation for water management in hot pepper.
