摘要
目的:利用犬下颌单侧不全截骨牵张成骨有限元模型,观察牵张侧和非牵张侧在牵张过程中的位移趋势。方法:模拟犬下颌单侧不全截骨牵张成骨,一侧下颌骨滑动骨块受力被牵开1mm,观察牵张侧和非牵张侧各标志点的位移趋势。结果:获得牵张侧和非牵张侧各6个标志点的空间X、Y、Z三轴位移数据,对比显示两组数据在X、Y轴差别较大。结论:非牵张侧下颌骨有些标志点的变化与牵张侧相比,在内外(左右或X轴)侧方向上,下颌角点、髁突后斜面后缘中点的运动趋势不是背离对侧下颌骨,而是向着牵引侧下颌骨运动;在前后轴(Y轴)方向上,第五臼齿、髁突前斜面前缘中点的运动趋势是向前而不是向后的,但运动幅度较喙突、下颌角小很多。
Objective:To observe and compare the displacement of both distractional and nondistractional sides of canine mandibular when distraction osteogenesis with unilateral incomplete osteotomy.Method:The method of finite element analysis was used to simulate distraction osteogenesis with unilateral incomplete osteotomy and the displacement of marked point such as the TMJ and the angle of mandible and coracoid process and teeth etc.were observed on both distractional and nondistractional sides when the transport disc was distracted 1mm width.Result:X and Y and Z axis displacemental data of marked point both distractional and nondistractional sides were obtained respectively.Two sets of data was compared and showed that X and Y axis displacement was quite diffrent.Conclusion:The displacemental trend of some marked points on Nondistractional side,Compared with that on distractional side,which such as the point on the angle of mandible and the posterior edge midpoint of condyle process posterior slope show on X axes that it is not far away from but close to the opposite mandible and which such as the fifth cheek tooth and anterior edge midpoint of condyle process anterior slope show on Y axes that it is not backwards but forwards and is more small than that on the angle of mandible coracoid process.
