Fabrication of CaCO_3 nano-particle by mechano-chemistry method

摘要 通过机械化学法制备5种不同粒径的纳米碳酸钙。用XRD分析固相置换反应的进程及反应过程中的物相变化,用SEM观察CaCO3粒子形貌和大小。研究表明,机械球磨1 min时置换反应已经开始,球磨4 h后反应基本结束。生成物碳酸钙在产物中的体积分数对制备得到的碳酸钙粒子有很大的影响,其体积分数越小,得到的CaCO3颗粒越细小。随着反应介质NaCl的体积分数增多(CaCO3的体积分数相应减小)被阻隔的CaCO3粒子增多,得到的CaCO3粒子减小。球磨转速越快得到的碳酸钙粒子越细小,对碳酸钙体积分数为7%的试样,转速由400 r/min增至600 r/min时获得的粒子平均粒径从95 nm减小至85 nm。 The nanoparticle calcite(CaCO3) of five different sizes was fabricated by mechanochemical solid-state displacement reaction,the process of displacement reaction and the change of reaction phase were analyzed by XRD(X-ray diffraction),and the shapes and sizes of the CaCO3 particles were determined by SEM.It is demonstrated that with that starting of mechanical milling the reaction has originated since 1 min and completed after 4 h.The volume faction of CaCO3 in the mixture takes an important role to the particle size of the obtained CaCO3.The less volume fraction of CaCO3 and the more volume fraction of NaCl,the more fine of the obtained CaCO3.The particle size of CaCO3 can be controlled by the additive NaCl prior to the reaction.With the increase of the volume fraction of medium NaCl(correspondingly the decrease of the volume fraction of CaCO3),the amount of the separated CaCO3 gets more and more and the particle size of the obtained CaCO3 gets finer.For the sample of with 7% CaCO3 in the mixture,the average particle sizes gets from 95 nm to 82 nm when the rotation speed increases from 400 r/min to 600 r/min.
