摘要
本文将La2O3和Mn3O4的混合粉体作为原料,通过高温(1223K)固相反应方法和机械混合(球磨)法合成出锰酸镧粉体,并利用XRD、SEM和BET对各种粉体进行了相组成、微观结构和比表面积的分析和测试。结果表明,机械化学法可以制成超细的无定形混合粉体,将这种粉体在973K下煅烧5h可以获得纳米锰酸镧粉体。
LaMnO3 powder was synthesized from the mixture of La2O3 and Mn3O4 via sond-state reacnon method at high temperature of 1223K and mechanochemical activated process as well. The phase compositions,microstructures,and specific surface of various as-received powders were determined by XRD analysis, SEM imaging and BET measuring. The results indicate that an amorphous phase of mixtures can be efficiently activated by the mechanochemical process. Once such ground powder mixture being further annealed at a lower temperature of 973K for 5 hours, crystal LaMnO3 with nanoscale particle size was thus formed.
