摘要
溶胶凝胶技术具有其它传统的无机材料制备方法无可比拟的优点,以溶胶凝胶技术制备的产品均匀度好、纯度高、种类多及操作温度低,溶胶-凝胶技术已成为固体材料制备的主要方法。文章阐述了溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米粒子、纳米杂化材料与纳米薄膜的方法,并对溶胶凝胶法的基本原理、过程,以及对控制团聚和粒子的形状、大小的影响因素进行了综述。
Sol-gel method is dominantly outstanding compared to other traditional inorganic materials prepared methods.The products prepared by sol-gel method are highly uniform,purified,various,furthermore,the working temperature of sol-gel method is suitable.Sol-gel method has become the main method for preparing solid materials.The paper described the methods of preparing nanoparticles,nanomaterials and nano-thin film by sol-gel method.The basic principles,processes,and the factors for controlling agglomeration and particle shape and size were reviewed.
