摘要
为满足国家制定废水排放标准,采用"水解酸化+生物活性炭(BAC)"法深度处理VC(维生素C)废水,对其可生化性、降解程度以及粉末活性炭投加量进行研究,通过持续1个多月的研究表明:25(±1)℃,经水解酸化后COD去除率约5%~15%左右,出水进入BAC池后COD去除率达到70%,出水COD由300mg/L降低至120mg/L以下,粉末活性炭最佳投加量为3g/L。
The study used hydrolysis-acidification and BAC methods to treat VC wastewater,studying its biochemical ability and the degree of degradation.With the lasting one month study,the removel rate of COD after hydrolysis-acidification was from 5 %~15 %,the removel rate of COD when the wastewater out of the BAC tank was 70 percent,the COD concentration of outcome water degrades from 300 mg/L to 120 mg/L,which satisfy the national discharge standards,and the optimum input amount of powdered activated carbon was 3 g/L.
