摘要
采用能控制得到低网络交联密度的交联体系辅以弱补强填料和粘度适当的a ω -端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷制备得到了具有良好挤出流动性 ,硫化后邵A硬度为 1 8、低拉伸应力 ( <0 4MPa)、高伸长率 ( >80 0 % )的低模量特性的RTV硅橡胶。
A good extruding properties low modulus RTV silicone rubber was made by suitable viscosity hydroxy terminated PDMS, weak reinforce filler and a key curing system which contributed to very low crosslinking density of the rubber network. Its shore hardness was 18, break elongation rate was higher than 800%, and its stress at 100% strain was less than 0 4 MPa
