磁性固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2-Fe_3O_4的制备及表征 被引量:4

摘要 固体超强酸是近年来研制开发出的一类新型催化材料,其克服了传统液体酸催化剂易腐蚀设备、污染环境、副反应多、产物选择性低等缺点。尤其是近年来纳米技术的应用,使得纳米级固体超强酸的研究颇受人们的青睐。 In order to increase the separation of the nanometer solid superacid from liquid product,the nanometer solid superacid SO42-/TiO2-Fe3O4catalysts were prepared in this study.The transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction spectra (XRD),infrared spectroscopy (IR) were used to characterize the structural characterization of catalyst.The performance of the catalyst was studied by the isomerization reaction of α-pinene.The conditions of preparing catalysts were obtained as follows,the impregnation of sulfuric acid concentration is 0.5mol/L,calcinations temperature is 400℃,calcinations time is 3 h and the ratio of Ti to Fe is 70:1.The transformation rate of α-pinene is 88.6%,and the selectivity of Camphene is 55.1%.
