摘要
简要介绍了顺铣与逆铣加工方式及其区别。借助有限元分析软件分别对顺铣与逆铣时铣刀一齿的切削过程进行仿真模拟,并通过对比分析验证了顺铣的优势。研究结果为工程实践提供了指导依据。
The difference of the climb-milling and the up-cut-milling was introduced briefly,the working process of one of the cutter tooth when climb and up-cut milling were separately simulated and analyzed with the finite element software Microsoft DEFORM-3D,and through the comparison the advantage of the climb milling was verified.The research results provided some suggestions for the cutting practice.
