摘要
本文采用Visual C++ 6.0为开发工具,并在Visual C++ 6.0编程环境下链接三维图形仿真软件OpenGL,构建了车削加工的仿真环境;分析了切屑形态及影响因素,通过车削加工实验进行切屑形态分析与比较;通过三步法计算切屑参数,实现切屑参数化建模并造型,使车削加工过程的切屑形态高真实感显示。本文对教学培训和生产实践具有一定的参考价值。
In this paper,Visual C++ 6.0 is used as the main developing tool,and under its programming environment,3D simulation software OpenGL graphics library is linked,turning simulation environment is constructed.The factors affecting the chip shape are analyzed.Chip shape are analyzed and compared by turning experiments.Chip parameterized mathematics models are established according to calculating chip parameters by three steps method,for highly third dimension of chip shape in the process of turning.This paper has certain reference value in teaching training and production practice.
