摘要
以甲醛溶液的光催化降解为探针反应,评价了通过溶胶-凝胶技术制备的Ce-TiO2微粒对甲醛溶液的去除效果。采用X射线衍射和激光粒度分析表征了Ce-TiO2的晶体结构与微晶尺寸。结果表明,掺杂Ce可以促进TiO2由非正分锐钛矿相向锐钛矿相和金红石相的转变,使晶体结晶完整,抑制载流子复合,从而达到Ce-TiO2在模拟自然条件可见光源下具有很好光催化降解甲醛溶液的能力。
By taking photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde solution as the probe reaction,the removal effect of Ce-TiO2 particle prepared with sol-gel method to formaldehyde solution was evaluated. The crystal pattern and crystallite sizes of Ce-TiO2 particle were characterized by mean of X-ray diffraction and laser particle size analyzer. The results show that Ce-TiO2 promotes the transformation from anatase phase of non-stoichiometrie to anatase and rutile,making the particle crystal entire,restraining the recombination of charge carrier. Ce-TiO2 particle has very good photocatalytic activities under simulated natural conditions.
