摘要
为改进和提高纳米二氧化钛光催化剂的催化性能,利用硝酸铈及钛酸丁酯为主要原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米掺铈二氧化钛光催化剂,并用TGA、XRD、BET等方法对粒子进行表征,并通过其催化降解亚甲基兰来研究其催化活性影响。结果表明:铈掺杂法制备的纳米级二氧化钛,降低了粒子半径,提高了比表面积和催化活性;在较低的浓度范围内,随着掺杂量增加,光催化活性增加,2.3%TiO2光催化活性最高。
The preparaption process of sol with Ti(BuO)4 and Ce(NO3)2 as materials was investigated. It was showed that the preparation of TiO2 doped with Ce lowered the radius of particulates and increased the specific surface area and catalytic activation; within lower scope of concentration, as doping quantity increased, the photocatalytic activation increased, the photocatalytic activation of 2.3% TiO2 was the highest.
