摘要
通过对宁波年糕主产区的调研以及有关资料查询,对中国年糕的起源、分类、以及发展过程等进行了较为系统的描述,首次提出了更为切合实际的年糕分类方法以及大致的六个发展阶段,试图揭示中国年糕发展的历史演变过程。
The origin of Chinese rice cake, classification and development process were described for more sys- tematically through a research on the main producing areas of rice cake in Ningbo as well as information inquiry. It is presented that a more realistic classification methods and development of approximate six stages in cake at first time, so as to reveal the historical evolution of the rice cake development in China.
