摘要
针对斗式提升机在粮食输送过程中存在着破碎率高的问题,对机头、机座、溜管、分料器进行了改进,改进后玉米的输送量增加了13 t/h,比改进前提高了34%;破碎率增加值减少了21个百分点,比改进前降低了22%;耗电量减少了0.101 kW.h/t,比改进前降低了26%。
Aiming at the problem of high crashing ratio in bucket elevator in grain conveying, the head section, boot section, spout and material distributor were improved. After improvement, the corn conveying capacity was increased by 13 t/h, i.e. by 34% in comparison with that before improvement; the crashing ratio of added value was decreased by 21 percentage points, i.e. by 22% in comparison with that before improvement; the power con- sumption was decreased by 0. 101 kW · h/t, i.e. by 26% in comparison with that before improvement.
