摘要
为了降低斗式提升机的破碎率,以某公司30型批式循环谷物干燥机斗式提升机作为研究对象,在分析实际应用中所出现问题的基础上,通过优化设计,将斗式提升机的提升速度由优化前的2.17m/s降低为优化后的1.60m/s;同时,通过对卸料过程的理论分析,利用作图法根据抛粮轨迹,对头轮罩壳的形状和几何尺寸进行了优化设计,将头轮罩壳的长和高分别由原来的758mm和282mm增大为优化后的1 218mm和500mm,减少了谷物与头轮罩壳的碰撞;并运用SolidWorks建模,对提升机驱动轴进行了静态分析。通过对比优化前后斗式提升机的运转试验,发现优化后的斗式提升机运行平稳,粮食的破碎率增值下降到0.28%。
In order to reduce the broken rate of grain,the structure of a bucket elevator equipped in the 30-recirculating batch dryer is studied on the basis of analyzing the problems occurring in practical application. By optimization, the lifting speed of the bucket elevator is changed from 2. 17 m/s to 1. 60 m/s. In addition,on the basis of theoretically analyzing the discharging process of grain in the head hood, the shape and geometry dimension of the head hood are optimized with the graphic method. The length of the head hood is changed from 758 mm to 1 218 mm, and the heights of the head hood are changed from 282 mm to 500 mm, respectively, reducing the impact between the grain and the head hood. The static analysis for the drive shaft is conducted with SolidWorks modeling. In comparison with the original model,it is found that the optimized bucket elevator runs smoothly,with the broken ratio increment of grain being decreased to 0. 28%.
