摘要 在分析水轮机振动信号特征的基础上,将Hilbert-Huang变换方法引入原型水轮机振动信号的分析,采用经验模态分解方法将振动信号分解到各个时间尺度上的本征模式分量函数(IntrinsicMode Function,简称IMF),再经过Hilbert谱分析来探讨基于HHT的振动状态识别方法。通过对原型水轮机振动信号的分析,用Hilbert-Huang变换方法对水轮发电机组振动信号特征提取做了新的探索和尝试。 Based on the analysis on the signal feature of vibration from hydro-turbine, the method of Hilbert-Huang Transform is introduced into the analysis on the vibration signal from the prototype of the hydro-turbine, and then the vibration signal is decom- posed into the intrinsic mode function at all the time scales with the Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) method, finally, the method for the identification of the vibration status based on HHT is discussed through Hilbert Spectral Analysis. On the basis of the analysis on the prototype of the hydro-turbine, a new approach and trial is made for extracting the feature of the vibration signal from hydro-turbine generating unit with the method of Hilbert-Huang Transform.
