摘要
在分析水轮机振动信号特征的基础上,提出了一种基于降采样过程的HHT方法,并引入到原型水轮机振动信号分析中。该方法利用数字降采样对信号进行重采样,得到适当的采样率,再进行EMD分解提取具有明确物理意义的水轮机轴系振动模式分量信号,最后通过H ilbert谱分析来探讨基于HHT的振动状态识别方法。非最优工况下原型水轮机振动信号的实例结果表明,该方法计算简便且计算精度高。
On the basis of analyzing Hydro-turbine vibration signal characteristics,this paper introduce a new Hilbert-Huang transform method based on the down-sampling into the analysis of vibration signal of a prototype turbine.First,the down-sampling method is used to resample the signals so as to obtain appropriate sampling rate.In the end,EMD is decomposed to extract the hydraulic turbine vibration mode component signals with explicit physical meaning,and explore the vibration identification based on HHT by HSA.It has been found via the analysis of vibration signals of prototype hydro-turbine in the case of non-industrial operation that this method is of simplicity in calculation and high accuracy.
